Actor Dwayne Johnson, known as The Rock, 47, married Lauren Hashian, 34, this weekend in Hawaii in a secret ceremony. This was announced by Johnson himself on his Instagram account on Monday. "We do want to, August 18, 2019. Hawaii," the actor has written alongwith a pretty picture of both dressed in white. The couple has been in a relationship for 12 years and has children in common.
Johnson and Hashian met in 2006 during the filming of the film Takeby surprise. At the time the performer was married to producer Dany Garcia, his first wife and mother of his eldest daughter, Simone, 18. This marriage lasted ten years, until they divorced in 2007.
Since then, the actor and singer have shared their lives and had two daughters: Jasmine, 3, and Tiana, 16 months. Now, after several years of life together, the couple have decided to take it a step further and get married. It was up to both of you to take the secret liaison preparations and announce your wedding a day later, by surprise. Last July, Johnson clarified rumors that he and Hashian had secretly married, and explained that they were in no hurry to get married. "I just refer to her as my wife all the time. Then a lot of people say, 'Oh, did you get married?" he said on Entertainment Tonight. "I'm like, 'No, don't be in a hurry big daddy.See this post on Instagram
